Initiate Your Return
Log in to your JD Sports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items and the original delivery note inside a shipping parcel, ensuring that the product box (e.g., shoe box) is not taped or damaged.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized NinjaVan point or schedule a doorstep collection via our courier partner.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
